Research and monitoring is an essential part of our work. Right now we're looking for volunteers help out with vegetation monitoring on our restoration sites. We need people for sites across the Peak District and South Peninnes but we'd particularly like to hear from you if you're based in the northern part of the Peak District (Saddleworth area) or the South Pennines in the area around Hebden Bridge.
Ideally you'll be available for 4-5 days a week, although we will consider anyone who can commit to a minimum of 2 days per week. The monitoring will take place from late July to the end of September.
It's a great chance to learn about our restoration and monitoring work and find out about moorland and bog habitats.
