Volunteer opportunities
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer at Moors for the Future Partnership you can register and apply here.
By registering on MyImpact you will be able to access all Moors for the Future Partnership volunteering opportunities on the uplands of the Peak District and South Pennines, as well as Peak District National Park volunteering events, all in one place.
This restoration season on the moors we have sphagnum moss planting sessions on Snailsden Moor near Holmfirth and the Goyt Valley near Buxton. You may also join the science team with water table monitoring or vegetation surveying, come out with us on the Bogtastic van or take photos of the restored landscape and share your photos on our social media channels.
We also work closely with our partners, who often have volunteering opportunities available. You can take a look at the National Trust and RSPB Dove Stone.
If you're already a registered volunteer, you can sign in to your MyImpact portal to browse and sign up to opportunities.
