This report, undertaken as part of Moors for the Future Partnership’s Building Blocks project, will inform the next 10 to 20 years of blanket bog moor restoration work. The information will help with conservation of degraded peatlands at a landscape scale on the Peak District and South Pennine Moors, to enhance ecosystem services including biodiversity, natural flood management and reducing carbon loss from peat. |
